Pros

Collaborative environment. Bleeding edge technology; this allows you to advance your career. Educational content subscriptions. Anonymous coworkers feedback so you can be constructive without worry of backlash. Great building location and unique layout. Flex starting time, but core business hours.

Cons

Restrictive medical benefits. Open office layout for easy distraction from peers. Don't convey investment in their staff equally, they pick favorites. Constant re-architecture of code and change of technology for solution, this leads to a lot of rework. This leads to management and leadership being discontent with the state of development. Veneer on top of a corporate setting . Claim "startup culture" but it's still top down where managers treat you like a cog in the wheel. Understaffed in QA. QA staff never understands the work because had too much going on to invest in real quality assurance.

Not a good company

Pros

New, trendy office space, and good location.

Cons

Not many good things about this company. The leadership has no idea what they are doing. They have a vision but no clue how to get there because they don't have any industry experts. Worst management team I've ever experienced, no direction, no real process. They sell that culture is awesome at Red Arrow, but it's all surface level. They may have video games, a cool office space, trendy furniture but there is no culture here. They are in way over their heads, spent too much money too fast on things that don't matter.

Pros

Good commission however it depends on what you sell and to whom. Staff are always friendly and welcoming towards you.

Cons

Hard pressed for sales, very monotonous being on the phone for 8 hours straight every day, not enough break and not enough pay for the job
