Pros

Ok base pay and freedom…other than that our only motivation to sell is to not get fired.

Cons

No commissions whatsoever not sure why it's called a sales job. Also management or owners consider the sales reps as monkey's and do not care for our input or opinions. They do not like sales people and think we all make too much money. So the commission program takes a mathematician to understand figure out…also if an account goes past due 60 days you don't get anything!!!

A lot of overtime, paid training, great benefits

Cons

Micromanaging, not enough pto, random drug test, leadership is horrible, work life balance sucks. Must be willing to sell your soul to keep job
