I worked at Red Bull part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

This was a great place to work. A culture of success was balanced with an employee welfare focus, aiding a healthy work/life balance.

    Cons

Particularly in the events side of the business, there can be some long hours. However some of the events you get to be a part of make it worth it.

I worked at Red Bull part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Really fun company to work for
    - You make really great friends with the girls you work with
    - Opportunities for internships within the company
    - Best student job ever!!!
    - Great team bonding sessions!

    Cons

    - Although this position was a part of the field marketing team, there was a lot of sales work involved
    - Normal shifts only go for 6 hours

    Advice to Management

    - My only advice would be to look amongst current employees for internal promotions before looking externally...
