    Pros

This was a great place to work. A culture of success was balanced with an employee welfare focus, aiding a healthy work/life balance.

    Cons

Particularly in the events side of the business, there can be some long hours. However some of the events you get to be a part of make it worth it.

    Pros

Great organisation to work for, awesome working culture with an inspiring brand.

Senior management has a backwards attitude to working from home or flexible working arrangements. Top quality staff have been lost due to this. Flat structure can limit growth potential

    Advice to Management

Remove policies that prevent flexible working
