Red Carpet Ready is a very organised company. It's so busy and there is always so much going on and the atmosphere is so lively. The support from management when it comes to training and helping me progress through their internal training scheme has meant I could benefit from career-building skills while on the job! All the staff are like family, and I’ve made friends for life here 💗. The opportunities to grow and develop are clear from any role and I know I will be able to keep growing within retail here with promotion opportunities in the future. I always leave work feeling like I’ve accomplished something which feels so rewarding!!!
