Pros
Working with games, slow pace might be nice to some people.
Cons
I should say that I was initially very happy to land a job within my area of study. With each passing month, things got worse and worse. The management managed to get my willingness to work hard for the company down to the ground and below. I'm tired, worn down and unhappy to see that what once was the best company I had ever worked at, is now the worst. Not even working with retail was this frustrating. It's disheartening. -------------------------------- The work environment is EXTREMELY hostile and competitive, even if it might not look like that at first. Promotions are a myth, even when every single lead is swamped with work, having to lead three, four, sometimes even five different projects at the same time. Also, considering how employees quit almost entirely because of disrespect from one of their superiors, this should be enough of a backup for this piece. -------------------------------- Employees are not heard, nor are they valued; -------------------------------- Lots of people who suffer from depression are being SEVERELY affected by how the company is ran; -------------------------------- The wages are too low for what should be required (important to note that the workflow is really poor). There are several bilingual telemarketing jobs with a better pay. -------------------------------- The local management barely have a say on company decisions. Instead, they have to wait for the upper management (that is on a different timezone) to respond.
