      I love working at Red Clover! The team is so knowledgeable, supportive, and fun. I'm constantly learning from my coworkers and the team is always willing to help talk through situations when I need a gut check. The work I get to do is engaging and I enjoy working with clients of different sizes across diverse industries. My work is valued and my accomplishments are always celebrated.

      None! This is truly a core values based business. I feel all decisions are made with our core values in mind which creates a level of understanding and transparency that I've never experienced in the workplace before.

      I don't have any personal cons. Consulting can be challenging for professionals who need to pivot regularly and also need to manage client AND internal feedback. So, if you're interested in being a consultant, I would encourage you to recognize how being a consultant for companies is different from being in-house HR.
