Pros
awesome/smart/motivating people. They arent kidding when they tell you they are looking for someone with a student mentality. I went home to study after the first day. I learned marketing processes that I applied within working there for there only a few days.
Cons
You get paid minimum wage with a promise to work your way up fast. Its a lot of driving to different locations to host "events", and going to meetings with other associated groups. With getting paid minimum wage I basically didnt make any profit because I had to constantly drive around Houston. They tell you not to worry about selling the product you are "marketing" because you really just want to get the clients name out there. BUT thats the ONLY way you make money, because you make commission from selling the products....
