Pros
Nice scenery and gorgeous property to work on. The whole resort is in a marshy/sink area which is unusual for being in the NV desert. There's an abundance of birds/wildlife.
Cons
This was the most disorganized and poorly managed place I have ever worked. A "supervisor" would tell you one thing, and a manager would tell you another. Work started at 5:30 AM. There was so much work to do here and not enough people or enough time to finish it, and you would get in trouble for not finishing. If you somehow happened to finish on time, you'd still get yelled at because they would find something to reprimand you for. It was lose-lose either way. The workload was for about 10+ people, and they had only 2-3 people doing it. Very rude and nasty people working here. They treat you like scum just because you're the janitor/maid.
