I worked at Red Lobster part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Able to make decent money as a server. Decent flexibility in scheduling except for holidays. Afternoon and evening/weekend shifts were a good time to work due to the volume of tables.

    Cons

There were frequent management changes. No benefits to speak of. As long as you are there to work hard for your tips it should be ok.

I worked at Red Lobster full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

You really have to search deep to find these but there are some.

One of them is a Manager/Supervisor shift meal, on-the-house.

    Cons

There are some of these as well.

One of them is feeling that your work load constitutes a little more compensation.
