      The night shift is laid back due to lack of toxic day shift management.

      Cons

      Ownership just tells management to produce numbers despite the many problems without any regard for employees well being. They spend more money on temporary workers from temp agencies that usually last a week than giving people raises. You might get a 2% raise in 2 years.
