Pros

Travel is compensated, Uber credits, time off during holidays.

Cons

The biggest issue is the workplace culture and management style. In my experience, there was a noticeable lack of professionalism and respect from certain members of leadership. Communication often felt condescending rather than constructive, and employees were frequently spoken to in ways that undermined morale instead of encouraging growth and development. There appeared to be a strong clique culture within the organization, which made it difficult for some employees to feel included or supported. Favoritism was a recurring concern, and opportunities, feedback, and treatment often seemed inconsistent depending on who you were rather than the quality of your work. Compensation is significantly below what would be expected given the workload and responsibilities. Employees are often expected to take on additional duties beyond their job descriptions without corresponding increases in pay or recognition. The expectations placed on staff can be demanding, while support and compensation frequently fail to match those expectations. Employee turnover is high, and after spending time with the company, it becomes easier to understand why. Many concerns raised by employees do not appear to result in meaningful changes. Retention issues should be viewed as feedback rather than coincidence. There were also instances where management interactions felt unnecessarily harsh, dismissive, or intimidating. Feedback was not always delivered professionally, and some employees may find the environment difficult to navigate if they value respectful communication and collaborative leadership.

Pros

-A bunch of great brands/companies to work with. -Cool activations. -Good entry level job.

Cons

-Compensation is not competitive, particularly in high-cost-of-living areas where the company is actively recruiting. -Extensive travel required. You lose a lot of your weekends. -Work-life balance is challenged by client expectations; taking leave around holidays often feels discouraged or treated as a disruption to their needs.
