Pros
Red Mountain Resort itself has fantastic terrain, especially for higher level skiers/snowboarders. Rossland is an adorable town to live in. Job is not too hard, not too easy. Very social. Great getting to interact with customers (mostly kids). Discounts in the resort, free passes for friends/family, and discounts at other resorts.
Cons
The minimum wage in Canada is quite low. However, I expect most resorts pay the same. Work during the ski day, so can't ski on the days you are working.
