Pros

There are no pros that make the cons worth it

Cons

Incredibly toxic culture. I was repeatedly and severely gaslit by both my coworkers and management. I was ostracized by other clinical techs for being sober. All other clinical techs used alcohol or drugs regularly, and often heavily, while not at work. Clinical techs were inauthentic, unsupportive, and frequently gossiped about eachother. My direct manager had absolutely no respect for my personal boundaries and would frequently get defensive and retaliate when given feedback, even when he asked for it and claimed to be open to it. For the last 6 months I have been working through the trauma inducing levels of stress and emotional abuse I was subjected to at this job. I still have regular panic attacks and feel unsafe within my relationships both personally and professionally. If you value your emotional stability, stay away from this place.
