      Pros

      Excellent benefits package. Pay is competitive. All-around amazing people to work with. Lots of personality.

      Cons

      There is a great deal of documentation, but I think it's no more than any other place. Important to plan documentation hours/days accordingly into your schedule.

      Pros

      I worked for PACT and absolutely loved the JOB (not everything that went with it). Paid health insurance, although isn't full coverage.

      Cons

      Upper mgmt and HR are the most insensitive, money driven and greedy individuals I've ever worked for. The pay is poor, absolutely no training on documentation is provided, and room for growth within the company is lacking. Supervisor was verbally and emotionally abusive, even after multiple attempts to resolve the issue face-to-face, upper mgmt didn't care, nor did HR. This company only cares about making a profit off of you and clients. I've never felt so close to being enslaved in my life.
