Cons
They’re generous with promises and perks, stingy with pay and severely lack proper management, who overlook and even condone racist, sexist, and bigoted behavior. What Red Rock Secured will tell you: Just follow the script and you'll make money. What they WON'T tell you: 1) It takes months to build a pipeline (because you're primarily spending hours dialing cold, disqualified / recycled leads), which means it could take months to close one deal. Even if you do follow the script correctly and make 500 calls a day, the closers can (and will) frequently drop the ball, so YOU will be blamed for their failures. 3) Even if you do eventually get better quality leads, the closing process could still take weeks or months. 4) You may have one or two good months, keep or exceed your momentum, then not make any commission for months at a time. Good luck, even if you’re hardworking and likable. Makes no difference.
