      Pros

      Fairly small but very friendly, family-like atmosphere where you feel yourself very well looked after. The Studio is located in the heart of the city with easy access to public transport and also to the Peak District. Red Start offers great perks such as gym membership and also company outings several times a year including but not limited to movie night, go-karting, ice-skating, Christmas party just to name a few. Great, international environment, very good work-life balance.

      Pros

      Really great staff and fun company to work for. They've got exciting shows to work on and the work ethic of the studio is pretty cool.

      Cons

      Only con that one can think of is that Red Star 3D is currently a smaller studio. That is to say they've yet to have all the extra bells and whistles that come with a larger studio, a dedicated crowd team to deal with more complex shots for example.
