On the exterior the office is swanky, there's food, games etc. But don't let that fool you.
Cons
Way too many to list. No clear direction, no solid or consistent leadership, CEO has a huge ego, the management team work in fear of him and his emotional outbursts. The worst company I've ever worked for.
Great benefits, such as Health insurance (including unlimited mental health related services), PTO, and weekly half day Fridays with the last Friday always being off (and paid). Makes it easy to take short weekend trips. Office is always stocked with food and drinks. The people who work here are nice, including the CEO who seems to actually really care about employee well-being and success. Also there's lots of dogs in the office at all times. They also really prioritize fun and try to celebrate their employees as much as possible. Have great incentives for participating in fun activities. Love the mindset of leadership team.
Cons
Literally no training was provided, made it confusing to understand my role and the company structure. Still trying to figure it out
