      Fun, Supportive, Engaging, Dynamic Work Environment

      Pros

      Great benefits, such as Health insurance (including unlimited mental health related services), PTO, and weekly half day Fridays with the last Friday always being off (and paid). Makes it easy to take short weekend trips. Office is always stocked with food and drinks. The people who work here are nice, including the CEO who seems to actually really care about employee well-being and success. Also there's lots of dogs in the office at all times. They also really prioritize fun and try to celebrate their employees as much as possible. Have great incentives for participating in fun activities. Love the mindset of leadership team.

      Literally no training was provided, made it confusing to understand my role and the company structure. Still trying to figure it out

      Pros

      Red Touch is one of the best places I have ever worked. The employees are very friendly and the company has a "work hard, play hard" philosophy. Salaries are competitive and the benefits are awesome. The health insurance offers the best coverage of any medical plan I've ever had, and most of the cost is covered by the company. They also offer a great 401k plan and medical and tuition reimbursement plans. When you need a break from work, there are scooters, video games, ping pong, air hockey, and free food and drinks in the break room.

      Cons

      Some other reviewers have mentioned concerns about lack of communication from management. That may be true, but my experience is that you just have to be pro-active in taking your questions or concerns to the executive team. They have always been open and receptive to this.

      Pros

      Friendly environment. Lots of perks such as fully stocked kitchen, ping pong, music always on and video game tournaments. The management team is easy to voice concerns and willing to listen. And the new Friday, half day is great for team morale.

      Cons

      The music at times is a bit loud and makes it easy to get distracted.
