      Poor management and company culture

      Pros

      The company is young so you may like it if you are a recent graduate. Open-minded environment, however, the ideas of new employees are not valued and discarded. You can make some money there.

      Cons

      Good pay theoretically, but the management in our organization is horrible. Management is irresponsible and due to small experience, they try to "look" cooler, rather than "be" smarter work on their leadership skills. They never give you complete information about the job on the first interview or via e-mail. They want you to come over. It is not right. You spend a lot of the time on the street, like a low-wage worker with an "arrow" ad.

      Mediocre work environment at best Working in the streets of San Francisco can be interesting to say the least Theoretically, has good pay

      Cons

      Manager refuses to pay for full wages Will spend more money on commute than necessary Uses deceitful tactics to lure new hires
