* no onboarding process and this makes difficult to learn and understand the internal systems; * unclear what is expected from me; * leader of the team is lacking confidence and does not understand how engineering and troubleshooting processes work; * a lot of hands-off research tasks that eat up time but do not have any real use; * the leader of the team constantly argues about everything and demotivates any sharing of ideas; * overcomplicated structure of the code repository. Instead of making things simpler everything was made even more complicated; * the leader of the team demands implementation of unrealistic scenarios and quite often will leave you wondering "Does he know what he is doing?" * the rest of the company feels rather unwelcome.
