DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY

Pros

None. Literally none. Except for the kind-hearted hard-working people who stay for some reason working here.

Cons

Stay away from this company unless you are a glutton for punishment and like getting verbally abused, screamed at, and shouted profanities at on a daily basis. The CEO Dave Gentry is a certified lunatic. Cares nothing about his internal team and only about how many clients he can sign to make as much money as possible. He will not and cannot learn from his bad leadership and micromanaging is rampant daily. Forget about forming relationships in the industry here as the CEO tells his people they are not allowed to connect to their clients or investor groups on LinkedIn or personally. The culture here is TOXIC. The CEO distrusts his people to the point that they cannot access work from home or remotely and are locked out of the office from 6 pm on as he thinks they will steal from him. There is constant shouting and belittling and fear of losing one's job daily if they do not comply instantly with his dictatorship-like leadership. You are not allowed to use a laptop or cell phone - no personal interactions with clients or investor groups as ALL relationships belong to the CEO and not the individual sales team or professionals that work here. Emails, texts, and phone calls come at all hours of the day and night and even weekends only to tell the internal team what a terrible job they are doing without any coaching training or best practices. Not sure that the CEO even understands what his internal people do or how hard they work - work is never rewarded or recognized. 60% of the clients try getting out of their contract before the 12-month contract is over as most are dissatisfied as this company runs like a 1985 cold calling shop. Absolutely ZERO diversity and women who work here are warned about the all-male environment where profanity, screaming, and belittling are daily and considered the norm for this environment. Don't consider this position if you wish to work in a professional environment - you will not ever find it here.
