Pros

- Amazing Coworkers that turned into life long friends.

Cons

- Overworked. - Abusive(verbally) management. - No training. - Director level management likes to hit the sauce. - Grossly Under paid. - Looked down on for taking time off. - Terrible health care plans. - Owners are disconnected from reality. - Environment breeds discontent. - Employees have "secret" slack groups where they talk poorly/badly about other employees. - No room for advancement. - No budget for even books.

Exceptional colleagues who became lifelong friends. Learned a lot and interesting job. Great stepping stone for those new in the industry.

Cons

Overworked and understaffed. Below market wages and noncompetitive benefits. Incompetent management. There is lack of accountability from upper management. HR Department is non-existent. No budget for education. Discouraged from taking time off or PTO. The company is unable to retain talent.

Thank you so much for your feedback! We definitely try to give new people in the industry a chance to grow. We have a full-time training support team to assist with required, mapped and desired training. Apologize that there was a disconnect. We have some busy times, but vacations are mandatory! We value work/life balance with the full-time work from home position. We are hiring many more people as well as consistently improving operations and processes to be more efficient. Thank you!
