Pros

RedMane follows a non-standard hierarchy structure in terms of the company infrastructure. They have the essential very top most executives, and then everyone else is basically treated as equal individuals. This creates a very relaxing environment where people are encouraged to interact with others in a more casual sense. The cubicles are not high raised, which also promotes the whole idea that anyone and everyone is welcome to talk to any individual. There is an open door policy at RedMane, so that also adds to the overall mood. Work is very engaging and there are lots to learn. The hours are somewhat flexible.

Cons

The amount of work depends on how many project gets picked up. At times, there will be people that will be sitting on the bench doing internal projects because there is not enough work to go around to others. RedMane does not endorse the idea of working remotely unless you absolutely have to - this should really be an option if people are fully aware of what they need to do for the day. Hours could also be slightly more flexible.
