      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      Low Pay, horrible management, and any efforts to move up are shot down immediately due to the cronyism upper-management culture. Puts their tenants and maintenance technicians health at risk by demanding that they work with asbestos and lead-based-paint without the proper tools and safety precautions. They were even reported to OSHA and went under investigation.

      Pros

      RedPeak is an amazing company not only to live with but also to work for. I had worked for the company previously for almost three years, and left to explore other endeavors but the grass was definitely not greener! I am back now and couldn't be happier. RedPeak really makes the effort to ensure you feel valued and appreciated as an employee. They give feedback whenever possible which I think is really important. I have also lived at two different RedPeak buildings, and maintenance is always prompt, everything is clean, and I just could not say enough great things about them!

      Cons

      The reason I left previously was because I didn't see a lot of room for advancement or growth since is a smaller local company, and everyone in their leadership roles didn't appear to be going anywhere. That has changed a lot over the last year and a half, with new opportunities opening up all the time as they expend at a fast pace.
