Pros

It's a nice group of people to work with. Office has good vibes. Nice open concept space. Major focus on high quality work. Super diverse roster of clients. Central location with lots of parking.

Cons

Working at an agency is always going to be a fast paced and higher stress environment. That said, RedRhino has a better work-life balance than the average agency. The industry is going through some upheaval in general at the moment too.

Pros

You get to work on work that matters and the senior people work together so it's a great place to learn as long as you're ok with pressure. The people are really nice and they don't expect you to work for overtime all the time. Managers are nice.

Cons

Not a lot of process. The location doesn't have great food options but there's free parking!
