You will have some amazing co-workers. This is the sole reason it got 2 stars. Everyone is underpaid, but there are great people here.
Cons
People are afraid to leave because of what it will do to their reputation. Most companies want their employees to write about the company on social media--this one makes employees sign legal documents that they will not write anything about RedSky for fear of what employees will say. When employees are fired, they are paid to sign NDAs for fear of lawsuits. Rightly so--there have been several successful discrimination lawsuits. If you enjoy being afraid of your employer, both while you work there and after you leave, this is the job for you.
