My time at RedTrace was unfortunately short- I say unfortunately because it was one of the best companies I worked for regarding culture. Upper management was approachable, empathetic, and advocated for those appointed under them. They reward generous salaries to their employees, and while I didn't participate in their benefits to the fullest extent I can only assume they were robust. Overall, RedTrace leadership has taken careful attention to curate a conducive environment that accounts for their employees lives in all stages. This environment is truly unique to RedTrace, and I haven't seen it elsewhere- I was sad that I had to depart the company and would work for them in the future.

RedTrace is a growing, small business where you feel recognized as a person rather than just a number in a sea of employees. The company has a family-like atmosphere and does team building/bonding events about quarterly. Generous PTO and sick leave policies are in place and there are opportunities for professional and educational growth.
