I've been in publishing my entire career, but the only company I've ever worked for that I would actually recommend is RedTree. The management team is absolutely superb and makes our day-to-day responsibilities so much easier. Plus our work is actually shaping the industry.

Cons

Every now and then I'll need to ask for help with an issue I can't wrap my head around.
