I was dismissed from this company after being in my position for less than 2 months for absolutely no reason, I had good relationships with all my co workers and was assured my performance had nothing to do with the decision. The All Seasons Bendigo is an incestuous establishment where only the select favourite of the venue manager are treated with any respect. Employees that should be fired are kept around and anyone who stands up for themselves or questions bad policy are kicked out the door. This job caused me nothing but stress and even thought I tried my absolute hardest, in returned for my commitment I was let go. Cannot express enough how awful the politics are in that building.
