      Pros

      Decent facilities, some great people and good learning opportunities for the right people Some fantastic upper management and dedicated team members.

      Cons

      To be the right person for said learning opportunities, nepotism is your best friend, not performance. High chance of retaliation from certain management and departments if complaints are lodged. HR team that protects management and C-suite, not employees.
