Worst production house in India, No growth and no use of experience from that company.
Pros
Nothing. No benefits, they reimburse food expenses if you are having dinner in office after months or two, they don't even provide food in office, you need to order it yourself and the amount they reimburse is very less than anyone charges to deliver. And when you resign from company you won't get previous months reimbursements as they process it after 2 months and after you resign you can't claim it. One's experience is invalid if working in this company as their projects and way of work is low graded and cheap. They use 2d matte paints in shots and make low poly cg to show the cg in showreel breakdown but they never use CG properly in any shot. No pros for this company at all.

Worst management, worst projects, worst techiniques and methods used which are really useless and the experience gained from that company is worthless and ignore by every other companies in the industry. Full waste of time. The peon, office boys, security guards can also ask you questions related to your work and abuse you. You need to submit your mobile to security desk every time to go to work in the morning and if you ask for you mobile more than twice throughout the day or during the break time the security will mark your name and speaks to you as if you are asking to use his property, and your name will be submitted to Hr for further harassment. You can't even take small smoke breaks or any sort of break else you need to fill a form for taking break and get it signed by you lead and production. After a project got almost over, they terminated a girl on spot saying that they don't require her services anymore and she needs to leave right now, the security will take her out of the office premises. The girl said that she ordered her lunch, she'll have lunch and leave, in reply the Hr said you can have your lunch outside the office premises. The management is filled with horrible and inhuman people. They force artists to work at office for 3-4 weeks without going home. It's a kind of Jail. I want to rate this company negative but no options here. Career opportunities is (0) if you're working in this company, other companies will then treat you as a fresher. Work/Lifer balance is (-10), no life only work for the company. Senior management is(0) as they are all from call centres and don't even understand anything about film industry and post production. I won't even recommend this company for freshers as it'll spoil their life, career and waste their valuable time. In fact smaller companies like Vortex volt, Raj studios, Image devices, I Realities, Swastik studios, One life studios are far better than this.
