Pros
By the time I left, there were no pros to this place. You aren’t even allowed to sit down when there aren’t any patients in the office. They take away all of you basic civil liberties including smart watches. They literally said that we were stealing company time. They don’t supply the necessities you need to run an office including pens, post its, or even pulse ox’s. The only think they do supply are bp cuffs in every room, but you will need your own stethoscope of course to use those. They don’t supply any uniforms and you have to pay for your own name tag with your first check. Do Yourself a favor and just don’t even apply. By the time I left, I dreaded pulling up in the parking lot every day. I loved all my co workers but they don’t even want you to be friends, so it makes it really hard to work together. You’re expected to just be a work horse and have little to no fun while doing so. They do supply insurance but it changed a minimum of 5 times during my stay there. As did the payroll system in a whole.
