A business that cannot do basic business!

Pros

Started out with an open, enjoyable and friendly work environment

Cons

A total lack of basic business understanding of supply and demand. A 'non' management culture. No basic software development process, quality is seen as an afterthought. Risks to the business and their partners are taken too loosely - security has historically been an afterthought. Redundancies made on development resources for mistakes made in sales and acquisitions. A ridiculous new CEO who has done a hatchet job on the firm ripping its heart and soul out in the process.

Pros

The end of the working day.

Cons

Whilst working on behalf of 02 , Tesco , gifgaff , and Envirophone all together as one company whilst lying to customer to advise they are all separated, is shambolic - equipment outdated - if 02 actually knew what envirophone were doing they would not have the contract.

Pros

There are absolutely no Pros at all.

Cons

Working hours - Abysmal working hours with additional mandatory overtime demand. If overtime is refused, they threaten you with a disciplinary. Incompetence - The level of incompetence is astounding, the higher the level of management the increase in incompetence. Almost none of the senior management have a clue about their job role. Morale - The morale is appalling, which is due to the above two points, as well as being milked dry for minimum wage. General attitude - If you are not in the managements 'clique', be warned that you will be treated with the utmost disrespect. They pick and choose who to discipline and let the worse offenders get away with everything due to being 'buddies'.
