Just the good coffe, even that was in a declinging state when I left

Terrible workplace and work culture. Little to no sentiments of DEI. Senior management doesn't know what they're doing- everything runs on vibes and gut feeling, data-driven decisions aren't a thing. Poor health and safety regulations and systems in place- they barely meet EHO standards, and extreme underutilisation of workforce skills. Pay below London living wage. Senior management are nothing short of entitled bullies.
