Pros

It's fine to start the career

Cons

Unfortunately, my experience at this company was very disappointing, primarily due to the management style. There is a strong culture of micromanagement, and constructive feedback is not well-received. Managers often take it personally if you challenge their views, which can lead to biased treatment and unnecessary scrutiny. Career advancement is minimal to nonexistent. Internal promotions are rare, and it's common to see managers bringing in former colleagues instead of providing growth opportunities to existing team members. When issues arise, accountability is often pushed onto team members rather than addressed fairly, which creates a toxic and demoralizing environment. Moreover, many managers are based abroad and lack a clear understanding of the day-to-day realities faced by local teams, which further impacts decision-making and team morale. Team communication and support were consistently lacking, making collaboration difficult and stressful. I would not recommend this company to those seeking a healthy work culture or long-term career growth.
