Pros

The core team is very nice. Flexible working hours.

Cons

Toxic culture: Heavy friends and family culture means you need to stay in management's good books to survive. Friends and family of the leadership are favored over actual talent. Incompetent leadership: Leads are unprofessional, unaccountable, and openly admit to making resource allocation decisions by "flipping coins." No accountability: Poor leadership decisions lead to project failures, wasted time, and eventual layoffs. Internal chaos: An unorganized internal project during downtime resulted in wasted resources and no tangible outcomes. The mismanagement was followed by layoffs. Financial instability: The company is struggling financially and seems to take on any project for survival, they keep giving hope since months and then often at the expense of employees. Harmful work environment: Leads creates a hostile atmosphere, dismissing concerns telling people deal with it, suck it up. Emotional well-being is disregarded. Unprofessional behavior: Leadership prioritizes socializing and drinking over hands-on work or effective management.
