Pros

Could be good in Texas if the management weren't brothers and both a pair of dill weeds. What these two know about business they could cram in a gnats butt.

Cons

Not one thing, this entire business model is based on leased equipment and they have next to nothing in hard assets. Set up to be able to be folded up if the oilfield has a downturn. This is not a place set up for longterm employment they are in it for the short game.

Pros

They use to take care of there employee but lately they haven't stood behind there employees. They had a young boss his bane was Reid Joiner that lied about everything from raises to what was going on in the company. He talked very mean to his employes. He was turned in to H. R. At least 2 time's nothing was ever done. They sold there employes down the road. For that reason I give them one star.

Cons

They don't stand behind there employes. They use to stand behind there employees. If you don't listen to your employees you are losing the big war.

Pros

When they are busy, they are busy ! Long hrs, you get to see a lot of different job sites.

Cons

You're only paid for the time on the job site; you may have been gone for a total of 18hrs of your day with 3hr travel time you will get paid 15hrs for time spent on site. There is a minimum wage compensation for travel but obviously benefits the company. Take it or leave it atmosphere ! Can be long hrs; and when it's slow expect to show up at the shop only to be sent home. Jobs are not spread out throughout; the favorites will always be first... Lack of training ! Not always safe !
