Hybrid work, pay is ok.

Cons

CEO using cuss words on everyday basis and belittles employees. The company is not organized and doesn't have established processes.

Poor management and work culture

Pros

Hybrid work culture.. Unique company with different problems to solve.

Cons

Shifting priorities , CEO uses cuss words if he is in a poor mood and does not agree with what is being discussed. Top Management makes haphazard decisions. Speed wins more than doing things right.

Regarding your concerns, “Speed Wins” is a company value that means “We use speed as a competitive advantage. We do our best to do things quickly and correctly the first time. We try to get the important things done today rather than tomorrow.” We never encourage speed over correctness, but we do encourage our employees to practice “thoughtful speed” and “creative scrappiness” so that we can continue to keep the ball moving forward. In order to keep our forward momentum and always stay focused on initiatives that are closest to our goals, we must shift our priorities at times. As with all start-ups, if you aren’t continually growing, changing, and seeking out better ways of doing things, you will not be able to deliver value to the customer.
