      Was a great company when Andrew was president, since pushing him out it seems like Rich is trying to just cash in on his current customers

      Great coworkers, everyone is quick to offer help when needed Amazing vision and design of application though not enough dev and management resources to get it done Very flexible and accommodating with work hours

      Pros

      I have been in the IT industry many years, this is by far the most employee friendly company that I have worked in. The leadership team, management team and developers are always willing to help you at anytime. You learn and develop new skills when you working in Rediker Software.

      Cons

      If you are not highly motivated and not willing to learn new skills, the developer position is not a good fit for you.
