Really negative environment.

Pros

Work life balance and hybrid working is OK.

Cons

Clearly a running theme that the management is incredibly toxic. Do not trust them, they do not have your back. Preach that they are a “family” but you will be gaslit from start to end.

Pros

Decent benefits. People are friendly enough. A degree of autonomy. Partner team bills well. Good work/life balance.

Cons

Everything else. Not transparent about salary or progression, chasing after roles with clients, a revolving door. Business services and Associate teams have a terrible culture. The Directors rule with an iron fist and are nasty when you resign. Clear from other reviews too that it is not worth it. Do not join!

Pros

Their benefits are nice and salary is okay.

Cons

After joining I soon realised their senior management team are proper bullies. Don't believe the nice things they say during the interview or how friendly they pretend to be in front of you (only to say nasty things behind your back). I was bullied by one of their senior management, purposedly excluded from socials, had someone shout at me during a social and a former line manager who suggested I was not as intelligent as he thought I was. Favouritism is also a big thing for them. You will see a few handpicked people being treated much nicer by the two directors than the rest. Diversity is non existent in their staff. No wonder their can't keep any long term staff (besides the favourite ones, of course). AVOID
