Pros

I love Redmond Life's products and truly feel like everyone at Redmond Life is well rounded and kind. I love that the company promotes their employees to become their best self and speak their mind about what they desire. There are some really fun benefits they offer to the employees such as trips, activities, plays, etc. they do their best to put you in a job you’ll love with tasks that light you up.

Cons

When expressing concerns, you are often advised to “look within” to find the answer. Problems will be discussed for many years before (and usually IF) anything comes about from someone expressing themselves over and over again. The companies values fit within a gray area so if you like structure or black/white philosophy, Redmond Life is not a good place for you. You also cannot respectfully express any kind of question or concern over compensation (which does not align to your typical job title) without them slapping the greedy title on you which follows you for the lifetime of employment with them. They are not up to date on what they are paying their (especially long time) employees.
