Job was great, but leadership is horrible to the work culture

Pros

The freedom to implement new engagements. Very supportive management. Some consultants were very supportive to my role and helped me do my job better.

Cons

The culture could be toxic. There was a lot of things done behind the scenes which made for an unwelcoming work environment.

There were NO pros to my experience.

Cons

I would not recommend anyone to work for this company. There were blatant acts of racism and discrimination during my time with this company. And most definitely, there is a lot of nepotism in this company. It was WILD, to say the least!
