      None, I don’t recommend this place.

      Cons

      Bullying, ignorant, lack of trust, not modern thinking at all. Unethical practices, boys club and into hiring mates even if they’ve been sacked previously, not progressive at all.

      Good people- good overall leadership Flights accommodation and meals all inclusive Even time roster is a great value add

      Cons

      Promises of promotions can take a while to fulfill. Pay rises are too few and far between Upper management have lost touch with the workers at times
