Making politics pervasive

Pros

You get to learn lots of tech stuff and that is the only good part

Cons

Everything. There was no PF! The management was extremely authoritative. You work long hours everyday. Managers have no ethics. Your salary hardly increments. You see politics everywhere. There are hardly any benefits. They don't even give business cards and instead give a long lecture if you ask them for it. Overall, of you want to commit suicide, join Redpine.

Pros

you will get to learn new things and have hands-on experience.

Cons

No proper management. No clear vision No employee respect Their terms & condition makes you feel as if you are in a jail or even worse. No one knows anything except few people, everyone makes fool of each other. No ethics no business code. even after 12-13 year they call themselves as start up. No Work-life balance. No one stays here more than 1 year those who stays here are not able to get a job any where else or they like to have power to crush down new employees or show off them what they've got Kith n Kins company. Getting relieved from here is very very very difficult. their notice period is 3 month but i had seen people staying for 4-5 months as they ask them to stay till the project is done or they find some replacement. they will give you so much task during notice period that u will not be able to finish in 3 months and if you finish it they will come up with new task or will change the definition of task by adding new things into that. dont wanna waste my time on counting their cons as they are many.

Pros

One can hardly come up with any pros of working here - if you can manage to get good projects, you may develop some coding and debugging skills, but its very basic and crude level of code development and debugging.

Cons

Let me start with the compensation - for the amount you work, you definitely don't get compensated for it. You'll have to work long hours, most managers here don't understand quality of work and productivity, what they want is quantity of work, the numbers of hours you are present for in office. Every access-card swipe is recorded, they'll calculate the number of hours you work. No conveyance facility from the company, even for girls when they are working late hours at night. Your managers will pressurise you to work on weekends, and if you mention family or friends or that you have a life outside office, be ready for a lecture from your manager about how he used to work 72 hours straight without any sleep and that you should learn from him. You'll be 'encouraged' a lot to extend your daily hours at office and to work weekends. Total number of leaves in a year - just 15, and even these you won't be allowed to avail. And if you do takes leaves, you will be taunted by your manager at least for a month for this. If you want to attend any marriage in your family, instead of leaves you'll get hi-tech solutions like video conferencing, Skype etc. No HR policies, no cultural/recreational activities, no trainings, bad management, bad appraisal process and never done on time. And lastly, if you have resigned and are serving your notice period, you'll be badly treated, pressurized to work more n weekends, your salaries will be delayed and if you are supposed to get a hike, you can forget it.
