      Good salary & additional perks - free dinner & free cab after 8pm (in-office) 100-125% bonus ( if you work 16hrs a day)

      Cons

      Toxic Work culture 10am to 2am work ( 16hrs each day ) Working on Saturday is so common Creating artificial urgency Internal politics No job security - 20% annual fires in consulting, attrition rate (in each 2years) - 50% ( you can just imagine the toxicity) Taking on projects with tight deadlines with less associate count allocated to each project just to maximise CEO & Partner profit.
