Pros

Opportunity of a lifetime, if you choose to run with it. You’re surrounded by some of the best traders in the carbon markets, led by a CEO who not only knows everyone but helped design the very markets you’re working in. The products are clever, and the potential is there, but nothing will simply be handed to you—you’ll need to carve out your own name and book of buisness. Only come here if you are ambitious.

Cons

Don’t come here if you lack initiative, you won't fit in.

Pros

Having been here a year now, I can enthusiastically endorse RA as a great place to work. Friendly team, with a real focus on improvement in both the products and services we deliver, the growth and change in the company since even I arrived has been impressive. There’s a sense that the company is maturing, with new processes, new strategic objectives, and moves into new global markets. Combine all of this with the wealth of deep market experience and desire to lead the change at senior levels, and there’s a real sense that there’s something building.

Cons

The company is undergoing considerable internal change, with the growing pains this entails. There are still old processes and habits that need to be changed or discarded, and hangovers from previous attempts to grow that need to be moved past.
