Abusive Management

Pros

The pros of this job were that I only had to work 40 hours a week.

Cons

A major con is that the management is permitted to be incompetent at their job and abusive to their employees. There is lots of corporate propaganda floating around this place like the "RISE Values" and "Cultural Beliefs." They are all BS. This is a workplace that supports and rewards incompetent and even abusive management while punishing those who dare to expect to be treated fairly and with respect.

Pros

Ok benefits, sick time and vacation

Cons

Upper management has no clue as to the daily operations of the credit union. You can complain to manager, human resources and vice-president and they do not care or make any attempt to resolve the issue. Anybody you ask that works there is unhappy with the ridiculous computer system and management.

Pros

A good thing is that I like most of my coworkers and hours and health benefits are reasonable.

Cons

I joined Redstone a couple years ago with really high hopes I heard it was a good place to work but Ive been really disappointed. Management is not good and it doesn't seem to matter to anyone, no one seems to care how bad they are. We have to go to training classes like accountability training but it is a lot of nonsense and a waste of time. Its like management is trying to blame everything on us by saying were not accountable when obviously they are the problem because they make all the decision. Also pay is lower than it should be and dont even think about asking for a raise you'll never get one. I guess they save all the money for management who are not even good at there jobs.
