Pros

You have all the sales support you need. If you call with a question it will get answered. Good benefits, fair pay, insurance, 401K and much more.

Cons

I really can't think of any thing negative to say. Everybody's very kind and willing to help you succeed how can I complain?

Cons

My experience with this company was disappointing and fell well short of the expectations set during the hiring process. The onboarding and training program lacked the structure necessary for new hires to succeed. Training on the CRM system lasted only one day, despite the platform undergoing significant changes at the time. In addition, pricing resources were not readily available, requiring representatives to call for pricing information on virtually every opportunity. A comprehensive pricing guide was not provided until approximately a month after my start date. The company also maintained a two-month ramp period with aggressive performance expectations. In my experience, developing a territory, building relationships, and establishing a pipeline in the merchant services industry often takes longer than two months, particularly when entering a new market. The organization appeared unwilling to provide the time and support necessary for sales professionals to gain traction before being evaluated against full performance metrics. Communication and leadership accessibility were also challenges. While senior leadership encouraged outreach, response times were often delayed due to time zone differences, making it difficult for West Coast employees to receive timely guidance and support when needed. From a compensation perspective, the base salary was competitive; however, the residual structure was less attractive than many competitors in the industry. Residuals were limited to three years, after which accounts were removed from the representative's portfolio despite ongoing revenue generation. For many sales professionals, the ability to build a long-term book of business is a key reason for entering the merchant services space. Most disappointing was the disconnect between the company's stated values and some of the actions I observed during my tenure. Professionalism, transparency, and integrity were emphasized during the interview process, but my experience did not consistently reflect those principles. While others may have a different experience, this organization was not the right fit for me, and I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly evaluate the training, ramp expectations, compensation structure, and leadership support before accepting a position.
