Thank you for taking the time to leave such honest feedback. We are constantly looking for ways to improve to become the best we can be, and feedback is an important tool for us to be able to do so. We are glad you loved some of the programs we have been working hard to bring to the next level, such as our 401k, training platform, and our annual Leadership Summit. We strive to earn and cultivate trust here in our workplace and are sorry that you felt those in our Home Base office were dishonest. Redstone Residential does not condone lying in order to avoid lawsuits, in fact, we don't condone lying at all. In order to further address these concerns, we would love to know what specific events led to this perception. Please feel free to send an email to our Human Resources department at (hr@redstoneresidential.com) to further explain what occurred. While none of us are perfect, we do our best to ensure that all of our employees follow and live up to our core values. We wish that these issues had been discussed and addressed during your employment with us. It is hard to resolve issues that we are unaware of. Thank you for bringing this to light. We sincerely wish you the best with your future endeavors. If you have any other thoughts you'd like to share, please feel free to reach out to hr@redstoneresidential.com.

Do Not Work Here

Pros

Some of the pros of working at Redstone Residential are the work benefits. I enjoyed the 10% off rent discount (however it did seem quite stingy compared to how much money they actually make off of college students) and honestly that was the only reason I was working there.

Cons

There are so many, SO many cons to working for Redstone Residential. Think you don't like living under them? Try working under them. The employees are catty and rude both towards each other and behind resident's backs. It never felt good to cheat people out of money and say we can't help them with big issues. The system in which they run things could hardly be called a system and is not organized at all. It is so confusing and so many things get lost in translation between employees. Living under Redstone always had me wondering if the front office even knew how to do their jobs and working under them confirmed that no one actually did. You are not trained at ALL when you get there, only sat down and told to answer phones within the first 5 minutes. Everyone is confused and everyone is giving residents different answers, so it is no wonder that everyone is always furious with them. The way that the company is run is actually a dumpster fire and needs new management ASAP.

We appreciate you leaving your response here. It is unfortunate to hear that your experience with us was so negative. We wish that you had taken the time to reach out to our HR team with these concerns prior to you leaving the company. We are committed to improving and would have loved the opportunity to address these concerns as they came up. If you could provide us with additional information about the property you worked at and your concerns with the team and training that would be very helpful. Please reach out to us at hr@redstoneresidential.com to discuss!

Pros

They’ll give the job to anyone

Cons

They do not care about anyone outside of corporate. You will watch all the males around you be promoted with absolutely 0 qualifications. You will not be given tools you need to succeed, like a budget! They will not train you. They will not care about your health. They will do ANYTHING to save a dollar. You are always replaceable and they will let you know.
