Pros

It was a great opportunity working for Reebok as it is a Global company with wide spread recognition. Working for a well-known brand with long time heritage can give employees a sense of pride.

Cons

Working for Reebok did not necessary have 'cons' per se. Most of the aspects were very positive. The Product Development roles could be a bit more creative - melding post design & development together.

Pros

During my many years there I met and worked with an incredible group of talented and passionate people. People that helped you grow and inspire you each and every day.

Cons

Leadership was never focused on one strong and solid idea for the brand , it was always flip flopping and didn't dive into it's strong heritage enough to tell stories to a younger generation. Once the brand changed hands it all went down hill. All thier best talent was let go and it's currently a shell of what was once an amazing company. It's a shame.
